How reimbursement works

  1. Log into your Colorado Contractor Hub . You must be registered with the Colorado Contractor Hub before you can submit for reimbursement.
  2. Go to the Training Center.
  3. Scroll down to Training Opportunities and select the Past Events tab.
  4. Select the training you are requesting reimbursement for.
  5. Select Request Reimbursement.
  6. Fill out all the fields. Reimbursements must be requested separately for each employee who attended. If two technicians from your company attended, submit two separate requests.
  7. Set up Bill.com to provide banking details. The Colorado Contractor Hub never collects banking details directly.
  8. Get paid.

  • When (and when not) to use strip heat, dual-fuel, or no supplemental at all — and how that relates to duct capacity issues
  • Hidden operating cost traps in different regions — and how to avoid them
  • How targeted envelope improvements can reduce HVAC headaches — and what to prioritize first

We’ll also walk through real-world case studies and show how high-performance heat pump design can be simple, scalable, and profitable — when done right.
