Amply is proud and grateful to receive a $50,000 grant from the Maine Technology Institute (MTI) to support the development of our mobile software to make heat pump pros' lives easier. Maine leads the nation in heat pump installations, having already surpassed its 2025 goal of installing 100,000 units and increasing it to 175,000 by 2027

MTI has a rigorous, multi-step process for selecting its grantees, with a goal of supporting Maine's innovation and technology economy.

"I am honored to receive this grant from MTI," said Amply co-founder and Maine resident Eric Fitz. "I have long admired the innovative companies who have received MTI funding and gone on to do great things. It is a privilege to be one of them, and the entire Amply team is looking forward to using this funding to develop a product that will increase the accuracy while decreasing the time required to design an efficient and comfortable heat pump system."

Amply's innovative HVAC sales software streamlines the contractor's experience from measuring the home using LiDAR, conducting a Manual J heat load calculation, picking and placing the right equipment to design a heat pump system, producing a beautiful design document, and seamlessly handling government rebates.
